PHOTOS FROM TRI-CITY SPEEDWAY Pontoon Beach, IL (May 28, 2006) Bill Frye of Greenbrier, AR put on a strong performance as he held off all challengers and led the entire fifty laps of the FED-EX 50 at Tri-City Speedway. Frye got the evening started by setting fast time with a lap of 22.489 seconds around the large half mile oval. Frye also went on to win his qualifying heat and ran second in the dash.
