After much discussion, we have decided to make the STLRacing.com Hard Charger Award exactly how it has been the last 2 seasons. Every driver will be eligible and it will be the true hard charger winning the $200. So whoever improves their finishing position the most over where they started wins the award. We were going to make it where only track members were eligible, but have decided against it.
