Frye got the evening started by setting fast time with a lap of 22.489 seconds around the large half mile oval. Frye also went on to win his qualifying heat and ran second in the dash. Pontoon Beach, IL (June 5, 2005) A busy and action packed night of racing was on tap at Tri-City Speedway, with three feature events having to be made up from the previous week after rain shortened the program last Sunday.
