Live internet broadcasts set for Tri-City Speedway’s Lucas Oil Series and Gold Crown Midget events

PONTOON BEACH, Ill. — Two of Tri-City Speedway’s biggest events in 2015 will receive live pay-per-view video coverage on the internet. The 3/8-mile track’s May 1 Spring Spectacular for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and the seventh annual Gold Crown Midget Nationals on Sept. 4-5 will be broadcast live, giving fans who can’t attend in person the chance to still catch all the competition. Both pay-per-view broadcasts will be handled by motorsports media companies with plenty of experience presenting live internet coverage of short-track racing.
