CLICK HERE FOR PHOTOS FROM TRI-CITY SPEEDWAY Pontoon Beach, IL (April 23, 2006) Off and on rain showers finally forced Tri-City Speedway officials to postpone the racing after the UMP Modifieds were in the middle of their feature event. Rain had delayed the program a couple of times earlier in evening, but a harder shower brought the show to an abrupt end as the UMP Modifieds had completed only six laps of their feature event.
