The Factory Stocks will feature a major rule change in 2007 which will allow for the dual overhead cam engine cars to join the class. Unfortunately, Tri-City Speedway will be dropping the Sportsman division from the 2007 lineup. There will be a rules meeting for drivers and crews on Sunday, January 7th at 2pm. It will be held at the Hilltop Auction Center in Alton, IL.
